Description:
The NPI Certified Posture Specialist™ (CPS) instructor facilitated Online Public Posture Program, titled, “Analyzing and Correcting Posture and Body Alignment,” has been especially designed to educate the individual consumer (client) one-on-one to analyze and correct their own posture and body alignment. Companies and organizations can also register and have all their employees and staff educated on proper movement, exercise program design, and posture while at work and when performing Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s). A Certified Posture Specialist faculty member will provide guidance and instruction to each of our online students. Program 2 is presented in Four Modules and students can complete the program at their own pace with unlimited access over Three (3) months.

Program Objectives:
The modules will describe, demonstrate, and teach posture analysis and correction in an easy to follow sequential order. The modules will: |
- Teach students how to implement the NPI posture assessment program into their current health and exercise program
- Teach students how poor posture and body alignment develop, and how this condition can increase the chances of postural dysfunction, back pain, and risk of injury
- Teach and provide students an overview of the exercise sciences such as anatomy, kinesiology, exercise physiology, and program details of performing a daily self-postural assessment
- Teach students methods to correct alignment, reverse patterns, improve posture, relieve back pain, and train using NPI’s Four Points of Postureä Program during exercise movements
Format of Online Program:
- You will be assigned a Certified Posture Specialist™ (CPS) faculty member who will analyze the state of your current health history, posture, and body alignment
- The Online program can be completed in the convenience of your own home, office, or classroom
- Preferred corporate pricing for organizations, companies, and groups
- You have three (3) months of unlimited individual access to complete the Online Public Posture Program
- After completing the program successfully, students will receive via email a Certificate of Completion acknowledging their accomplishment
- Access courses from any Web browser
- Allows you to progress at your own pace through the online format
Online Program Requirements:
- A computer with email and internet connection
- Online students/clients should have basic computer knowledge
- Students should be 18 years or older
- A digital camera to take your posture photos or use of a regular camera with a scanner; (photos are sent via email to your CPS instructor)
